qwenstradamus ("the Service") fine-tunes a language model on a Twitter/X archive you provide and produces a downloadable model and an optional hosted chat. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. Your account

You sign in with X (Twitter). You are responsible for activity under your account.

2. Your content and rights

You may only upload an X archive that is yours, or one you have the rights and consent to use. You retain ownership of your archive and the resulting model. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to impersonate others without consent, to harass, deceive, or mislead, or to generate unlawful content. Models imitate a voice for fun/research; their outputs are not statements by the person they imitate and may be inaccurate.

4. Payments

Training is a one-time fee; hosted chat is a recurring subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel the subscription at any time; access continues until the period ends.

5. No warranty; limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the prior three months.

6. Termination & changes

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, and may update the Service or these terms; continued use means acceptance.
